Conductor Tomas Djupsjöbacka and OCO are long-time friends and partners. Djupsjöbacka, who is also known as a top cellist, is seen this time in a double role as he interprets Jaakko Kuusisto's cello concerto. Finally, we will also hear the new piece by Matilda Seppälä, commissioned by the orchestra's friends association Klangi to celebrate the OCO’s  50th anniversary. The concert ends with a string repertoire classic by Antonín Dvořák.
