The Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra is part of the large-scale Arts Testers project run by the Finnish Cultural Foundation, the Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland and the Association of Finnish Children’s Cultural Centres offering all pupils in grade 8 of the Finnish comprehensive school a chance to gain personal experience of the arts.
