In April (11-12 April), the same programme as in Germany will be presented to the home audience; in Finland, Malin will perform Mozart’s Sinfonia concertante in Finland with Saara Kurki, in Germany with Amihai Grosz, principal violist of the Berlin Philharmonic.
The year 2025 will mark the 50th anniversary of Dmitri Shostakovich's death, which will also be reflected in the orchestra’s repertoire with music by Shostakovich in two concerts. Music by Arvo Pärt, who is celebrating his 90th birthday, will also be performed during the spring.
