Great reviews for the Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra at the MozartFest in Würzbu

The Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra and its Artistic Director, violinist Malin Broman performed last week in two concerts at the MozartFest Würzburg with German pianist Ragna Schirmer as a soloist. Not only were both of the concerts sold out, the Orchestra also got great reviews and a new invitation for the Festival in 2025.

”The performance of W.A.Mozart´s 40th symphony was vivacious, delicate, powerful and from time to time uncompromisingly brutal. Just as it should be. Marvellous.”, writes the music journalist Mathias Wiedemann for newspaper MainPost. Read the full review here (in German).

The prestigious MozartFest Würzburg is held for the 102nd time, and the festival consists this year of 84 events. The Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra has visited the festival earlier in 2017 and 2019.
