The OCO and conductor-violinist Jan Söderblom address music both new and rediscovered. Finnish composer Ida Moberg and a contemporary of hers, German Fanny Mendelssohn, find themselves in the company of new music in a piece by Jarkko Hartikainen, a work of infinite timbres, and Im Freien by Britta Byström just recently premiered.
