OCO’s founder and honorary conductor Juha Kangas turns 80, which is celebrated through music close to Juha and the orchestra. Music of Mozart and works by Juha's friends, composers P.H. Nordgren and Pēteris Vasks, will be performed during the evening, as well as a world premiere by Juho Kangas. The soloist in Bach's Violin Concerto is the versatile artist Kasmir Uusitupa.
