Conductor Tomas Djupsjöbacka and MÖK are long-time friends and partners. Djupsjöbacka, who is also known as a top cellist, is seen this time in a double role as he interprets Jaakko Kuusisto's cello concerto. Finally, we will also hear a brand new piece by Matilda Seppälä, commissioned by the orchestra's friends association Klangi to celebrate the OCO’s 50th anniversary. The concert ends with a string repertoire classic by Antonín Dvořák.
